Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications, tools, and services developed, owned, and published by Digital NEXUS (domain: digitalnexus.io) across mobile platforms, including Google Play.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Digital NEXUS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the application.

2. License & Acceptable Use

Digital NEXUS grants you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications on your compatible devices in accordance with these Terms.

• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our application binaries.
• You agree not to use our tools to violate local, national, or international transport, safety, or legal regulations.
• Commercial tools such as FleetDVIR provide inspection logging assistance; drivers and operators remain solely responsible for physical vehicle safety compliance under relevant DOT/FMCSA statutes.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions are processed through Google Play In-App Billing. Pricing, renewal periods, and terms are clearly presented prior to purchase. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Google Play account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, graphical assets, trademarks, icons, and features are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital NEXUS (digitalnexus.io) and its licensors, protected by international copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Digital NEXUS disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Digital NEXUS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our applications.
