This Privacy Policy governs the use of FleetDVIR: Commercial DOT Pre-Trip Inspection, developed and distributed by Digital NEXUS. We are committed to transparency, user autonomy, and protecting your personal data in full compliance with Google Play Store Developer Program Policies and international privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA).
FleetDVIR enables commercial motor vehicle drivers to complete electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) complying with 49 CFR § 396.11 and § 396.13. All pre-trip inspection checklists, defect notes, mechanic signatures, and odometer records are saved locally on-device.
Requests Camera and Storage permission to capture defect photos and export signed inspection report PDFs.
PDF rendering is conducted on-device using native Android graphics libraries.
We implement robust technical encryption standards (HTTPS/TLS) for any data transmitted over networks. Offline data is stored securely in sandbox app storage on your device. You have the right to request deletion of your account and any associated support communications at any time by contacting our privacy compliance desk.
This application is intended for adult and professional users (age 18 and older) and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
