This Privacy Policy governs the use of JobProof: Field GPS Camera & Quick Estimates, developed and distributed by Digital NEXUS. JobProof collects precise GPS coordinates only when you actively snap a jobsite photo to stamp geographic verification and timestamp watermarks onto contractor work logs. No background location tracking occurs. All estimate line items and client records are stored locally in your device's sandbox.
Requires Camera access to capture field proof photos and Fine Location access while the app is actively in use to generate verifiable GPS coordinates.
PDF invoice generation runs locally. Google Play Billing handles subscription licensing.
We implement robust technical encryption standards (HTTPS/TLS) for any data transmitted over networks. Offline data is stored securely in sandbox app storage on your device. You have the right to request deletion of your account and any associated support communications at any time by contacting our privacy compliance desk.
