This Privacy Policy governs the use of ExpiryVault: FIFO Batch Tracker, developed and distributed by Digital NEXUS. ExpiryVault tracks inventory lot numbers, expiration dates, and FIFO rotation schedules. All SKU catalogues, barcode records, and alert triggers are stored purely on-device in local SQLite storage. No proprietary supplier pricing or customer inventory lists are transmitted externally.
Requires Camera access to scan GS1, UPC, and QR barcodes on inventory packages.
Barcode processing is performed on-device using local camera algorithms.
We implement robust technical encryption standards (HTTPS/TLS) for any data transmitted over networks. Offline data is stored securely in sandbox app storage on your device. You have the right to request deletion of your account and any associated support communications at any time by contacting our privacy compliance desk.
