This Privacy Policy governs the use of DeciSafe: OSHA Noise Dosimeter (package identifier com.decisafe.nexus), a mobile application engineered for real-time acoustic decibel monitoring, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 / NIOSH TWA noise dosimetry, and workplace hearing conservation logs, published by Digital NEXUS.

2. Offline-First Architecture & Local Data Storage

DeciSafe: OSHA Noise Dosimeter is designed with an offline-first architecture. All field inspection logs, calculations, compliance records, and user configurations are stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage (SQLite / IndexedDB / SharedPreferences). Digital NEXUS does not collect, sell, rent, or transmit your personal or commercial inspection records to external cloud servers.

3. Device Permissions

Microphone / Sensors (where applicable): Used strictly locally on-device for real-time acoustic or telemetry measurements and never recorded or transmitted externally.
Local Storage & File Export: Used solely to generate and save PDF/CSV inspection reports directly on your device when initiated by you.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third-party data brokers or advertising networks. Any optional premium license unlocks or subscriptions are processed securely by Google Play Billing.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all application data resides locally on your device, you retain 100% control over your records. Clearing the application storage or uninstalling DeciSafe: OSHA Noise Dosimeter permanently deletes all locally stored data immediately.
